Christmas 2018

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for your loved ones at Christmas, please note our recommended order dates for UK deliveries:

3pm Wednesday 19th December - Standard 2nd Class
3pm Thursday 20th December - Standard 1st Class 
3pm Friday 21st December - Guaranteed Next Day Delivery

Our offices will be closed from Saturday 22 December, opening again on Thursday 27 December, but we will be answering emails during the Christmas period.

 

Once an order has been placed and paid for, it will be despatched within 24 hours. Within the UK, we use Royal Mail post for all deliveries with a value up to £50. Orders over £50 are generally despatched via 48hour courier. We aim to keep all items in stock, but should an error occur we will contact you direct offering either a full refund, or give you an expected delivery date.

International deliveries are sent either by Royal Mail International Signed For or Courier - both will need a signature on arrival as they are tracked from here to you.

Next Day Delivery within UK

We now offer next day delivery but can only guarantee it for orders placed before 10am (Mon - Thurs) to be delivered by noon the following day (Tues - Fri). If you require next day delivery after 10am we will do our utmost to help bt cannot guarantee delivery.

Our postage and packing rates are based on the value of the total order.

Returns & Refunds

We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satsified with, within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were when received. We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are faulty. Please ask the Post Office for a free certificate of postage. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. Please contact us before returning any goods at sales@madmolly.co.uk . Your statutory rights are not affected.

All of the toys that we sell have been carefully manufactured to the highest safety standards.

By displaying the CE standard mark, you can be assured that our toys have all been thoroughly tested for safety and that they all comply with BS 5665 and EN71 #1, 2 and 3.

Only non-toxic paint and natural fibre materials have been used, and strict attention to detail has been observed at all times. We have included guidance on the suitable age range to accompany each of our toys, making sure that any items containing small parts are clearly labelled as unsuitable for very young children and babies.

Distance Selling Directive

The European Union has issued the Distance Selling Directive which applies to business-to-customer contracts and is intended to protect online shoppers and provide a level playing field on which businesses can compete. We fully conform to this directive, but would like to briefly state the key-points of your rights as a consumer. We must provide:

On receipt of your order, we will send you an email containing all the above information. 

Written details of how to cancel the contract

You can cancel an order (providing it has not already been despatched*) by telephoning +44 (0)1295 688286 or emailing us at sales@madmolly.co.uk. We will refund your credit/debit card within 2 working days. *If your order has already been despatched you may return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
